    Order Acceptance:
    SD2K has the right to refuse any order.

    Purchase Orders:
    If submitting orders via formal purchase order, you must have credit terms with SD2K.
    SD2K will not be obligated by any terms, conditions, stipulations, or prices contained on the purchase order. All orders are subject to SD2K standard terms and conditions of sale.

    Credit Terms:
    All applicants for a credit account must first have a satisfactory history with SD2K before they may purchase an order on credit. SD2K reserves the right to make final judgment on all credit accounts. Payment for purchases made on a credit are 30 days from the date of the invoice and 2% (24% per annum) of total invoice amount per month late fee unless otherwise agreed to by SD2K. All merchandise sold by SD2K shall remain the sole property of SD2K until such time that payment in full for such merchandise is received.
    Chargeback's: Any unauthorized credit card chargeback's will be billed for the amount billed to us for that chargeback.

    Orders for in-stock items will ship within two (2) business days. Orders placed after 3:00pm pacific standard time may not be processed until the next business day.
    All orders will be shipped via FedEx unless Freight is requested. FedEx or Freight tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you so you can check your shipment status at

    Sales Tax:
    Sales tax of 9.50% is charged for orders shipped to California
    All orders for store pickup are subject to sales tax.

    We do not collect or calculate tariffs, duties and/or VAT which may be charged to customers outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States and wish to know what amounts you will be charged in the way of tariffs, duties, and/or VAT, we recommend that you contact your local authorities to ask for this information.

    To Change Your Order Information: Once order has been placed, it is impossible to change any contents of the orders. However, in order to provide high quality of service, SD2K might be able to change some information, if you call us at 1-818-376-4060, before it has been prepared. Credit Card information Cannot be changed once order has been submitted.

    Return Policy:
    All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    Returns are accepted within 3 days of the date that you received your order.
    Customers must pay for all costs, including shipping, taxes and duties, to return items to us. Plus 20% restocking fee.
    We strongly urge you to insure all return shipments as you will bear the risk of loss.
    We will e-mail you when the package has arrived, and immediately process a request to credit your card or send you another item, at your request. If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to accept COD packages
    In the case of a product return that was caused by a SD2K processing error, we will either reimburse your return shipping costs, provided that you include your shipping cost receipt in the return, or issue a FedEx return call-tag. SD2K will pay for the return shipping charges when the returned item was not the item that was initially ordered by you.

    Damage Claims:
    All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Upon acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery. If you receive a shipment from us with damaged merchandise (including concealed damage) please do as follows:
    1. Please accept the shipment in its entirety, including the damaged cartons.
    2. Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
    3. If received via FedEx, call FedEx (1-800-463-3339) within 5 days of ship date and request an inspection and pick-up of the merchandise.
